These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the My Rockstar mobile application ("the App"), operated by Boggle and Lugg, a trading name of Mark Pool, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use My Rockstar. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or over. We verify your age during registration and reserve the right to terminate accounts where age requirements are not met.
My Rockstar is an entertainment app that allows you to interact with AI-generated fictional rockstar characters. Key features include:
Important: All rockstar characters in My Rockstar are entirely fictional and AI-generated. They are not real people. Conversations are generated by artificial intelligence and should be understood as entertainment, not genuine human interaction.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
My Rockstar offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.
We do not offer refunds directly. Refund requests should be directed to Apple via their App Store support.
When using My Rockstar, you agree not to:
All AI-generated content, rockstar characters, images, articles, and app design are owned by or licensed to Boggle and Lugg. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as profile information and messages), but grant us a licence to use it as necessary to provide the service.
Rockstar responses and news articles are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for engaging and appropriate content:
We implement content moderation measures but cannot guarantee that all AI-generated content will be appropriate in every context.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
